Client Representative
Our entry-level client representative role is where an individual gains hands-on experience on how to represent and market for our clients. This is where an individual will refine marketing and communication skills and ultimately learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our clients.

Corporate Trainer
In the Corporate Trainer role individuals take on the responsibility of learning how to oversee multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the territory. Individuals in this role will also be given the opportunity to train other Client Representatives and Corporate Trainers on how to find consistent results, while also maintaining their personal success.

Assistant Director
The Assistant Director role is where an individual learns the back-end and behind the scenes logistics and operations including payroll, budgeting, interviews, scheduling, coordinating larger team activities, and actively engaging in client communications and relations. They get to learn the details of multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and how to run one from bottom to top.

The Director role begins with Brand Management. This individual is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns throughout the territory, meeting our client’s expectations and managing the day to day operations of an office. The Director is responsible for guaranteeing the marketing campaigns exceed our clients standards, along with retailer standards and company standards.
